  • Goose kaldoun soup with home homemade noodles

  • Boiled top blade with creamy dill sauce and poached egg
  • Steamed fillet of trout with quinoa salad
  • Spaghetti with cheese sauce, broccoli and cashew nuts

  • Brownies and cinnamon mousse
  • Black cherry mousse with pistachio crumb
