Immediately after school I dived into the city and five-star Marriott hotel. The beginnings were very difficult. I persevered and now I remember them with a smile. From Marriott I went to Alcron and I am very glad I had this opportunity. Cookery is a very challenging job, mentally and physically, but it’s also a lot of fun. Particularly when I have great colleagues around me. I gain new experiences every day and as they say one learns the whole life.
